Join Vanport Mosaic for a community conversation, part of the Cultural Week of Action on Race and Democracy. In the midst of the ongoing challenges facing Old Town, this discussion reflects on history and catalyzes creative thinking for the future of Portland’s historic cultural district.

The event will begin with “Place,” a presentation by Erica Naito-Campbell, granddaughter of Bill Naito, the visionary leader whose work shaped Old Town.

Following the presentation, Lynn Fuchigami will facilitate a roundtable discussion with Old Town “Community Catalysts,” who will share their personal visions for the future of the neighborhood and engage participants in an interactive dialogue.
